Ingredients
- 900g Chicken
- ½ cup Oil
- 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Salt (according to your taste)
- 1 large Onion
- 4-5 Green Chillies
- ½ cup yoghurt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ cup Fresh Cream
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- Green Chillies & Green Coriander for Garnishing
Direction:
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until the color changes, for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and salt to the chicken, stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- In a blender, make a paste of onion and green chillies. You can add more green chillies according to your taste.
- Add the onion paste to the chicken and mix well. Cook for another 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add yogurt mixture and cook for 7-8 minutes.
- Add the fresh cream to the chicken and mix well.
- Add the chopped green chillies, green coriander, and garam masala and mix well.
- Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Dish out and garnish with more green chillies, coriander, and ginger slices.
- Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
