White Chicken Handi

Ingredients
  • 900g Chicken
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt (according to your taste)
  • 1 large Onion
  • 4-5 Green Chillies
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ cup Fresh Cream
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • Green Chillies & Green Coriander for Garnishing
Direction:
  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until the color changes, for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and salt to the chicken, stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. In a blender, make a paste of onion and green chillies. You can add more green chillies according to your taste.
  5. Add the onion paste to the chicken and mix well. Cook for another 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add yogurt mixture and cook for 7-8 minutes. 
  7. Add the fresh cream to the chicken and mix well.
  8. Add the chopped green chillies, green coriander, and garam masala and mix well.
  9. Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  10. Dish out and garnish with more green chillies, coriander, and ginger slices.
  11. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
