Super easy and delicious Chicken Spring Rolls, you can make and freeze them for up to 3 months.
Ingredients:
- Cabbage 1 & 1/2 cup julienne
- 1 Carrot julienne
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 Potato julienne
- Chicken boiled and shredded
- 3-4 Tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt (according to your taste)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Red chili Flakes
- 1 tsp cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Egg
- Roll leaves as required

Directions:
- Heat ΒΌ cup of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the thinly sliced potatoes to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Mix in the shredded carrots and capsicum, ensuring all the vegetables are well combined.
- Add the salt, black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilies, and chili flakes to the pan. Stir and cook for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Pour in the vinegar, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Mix well with the vegetables and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add the shredded chicken and crack the eggs into the pan. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the chicken is heated through and the eggs are cooked.
- Allow the mixture to cool down.
- Take the cooled mixture and place it in wraps to make rolls.
- You can either fry the rolls immediately or store them in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
