Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken Skewers

Ingredients for Chicken Marination

• 1kg chicken boneless
• 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
• 1 tbsp of green chilies
• 1 tbsp of oil
• 3 tbsp of lemon juice
• 1 tsp of salt
• 1 tsp of black pepper
• 1 tsp of paprika powder

• 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
• 1 tbsp of lemon juice
• 1 tsp of salt
• 1 tsp of paprika powder
• 1 tsp of black pepper

So, let me walk you through the steps of making delicious chicken skewers. First, take a bowl and add boneless chicken, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder. Give it a good mix and then marinate it in the fridge for at least an hour.

While the chicken is marinating, let’s make some butter. Take a bowl and add room-temperature butter to it. Then, add lemon juice, salt, paprika powder, and black pepper and mix it all together.

After the chicken has marinated, it’s time to make some skewers. Thread the chicken onto skewers and pop them into an air fryer at 200°C for 15 minutes. Don’t forget to flip the skewers and give them an extra 5 minutes at the same temperature.

Once the chicken skewers are cooked, it’s time to add some flavor. Take the lemon butter we made earlier and apply it to the skewers with a brush. And voila! You now have some scrumptious chicken skewers ready to be enjoyed with your loved ones.
