Creamy Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

• Elbow macaroni 250g
• Water as required
• 1 tbsp Salt
• ¼ cup Red Capsicum
• ¼ cup Yellow Capsicum
• ¼ cup green Capsicum
• ¼ cup Corn
• ¼ cup Pineapple slices
• 1 cup Apple slices

Ingredients for Creamy Salad Dressing:

• 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp Fresh Cream
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• ¼ tsp Salt
• ¼ tsp Black Pepper
• 2 – 3 tbsp Milk

Direction:

Take a saucepan and fill it with water. Add in 1 tablespoon of salt and let it come to a boil. Once it’s boiling, add macaroni in it and let it cook until it’s done. Once the macaroni is fully cooked, drain it and give it a good rinse under some tap water.

In a separate bowl, add in mayonnaise, fresh cream, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together really well, and then add in some milk to create a nice creamy dressing.

Now for the fun part! Grab a big bowl and add red, green, and yellow bell peppers, pineapple slices, apple slices, corn, and the creamy dressing you just made. Give everything a good stir until it’s all mixed together nicely. And voila! You’re ready to enjoy this delicious dish with your family and friends.
